Merlot and Syrah
Red wine made with the Merlot and Syrah grape varieties. The Merlot vineyard is twenty years old and the Syrah vineyard is nine years old. The different plots are located between 600 and 700 meters above sea level. It is a wine with great aromatic intensity and an excellent structure in the mouth.
Elaboration
The grapes are hand-selected in the vineyard and hand-harvested to ensure the highest quality. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of approximately 25ºC. The wine is then aged for nine months in French oak barrels, adding complexity and elegance.

Tasting Note
- View: Bright garnet color with a high layer.
- Nose: Intense notes of ripe, compote-like black fruit, with aniseed nuances and subtle roasted touches provided by the wood.
- Mouth: A fleshy and structured wine. The tannin is present but gentle. The black fruit is very present, balanced with an acidity that provides freshness and balance.
