Red wine made exclusively with the BROCADA variety, a red grape from 36-year-old vineyards located at an altitude of 700 meters. It is a fresh and elegant wine, with a marked presence of red fruit and good acidity that gives it balance and vivacity.
Elaboration
The grapes are hand-selected in the vineyard and hand-harvested to ensure the highest quality. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 22-23ºC, using the grapes' own yeast in a spontaneous fermentation process. Maceration with the skins is extended until almost the end of fermentation to extract the maximum aromas and color. Stabilization is gentle and the wine is not filtered to preserve all its authenticity.
