Red wine made exclusively from the BROCADA variety, a red grape sourced from 36-year-old vineyards located at an altitude of 700 meters. It is a fresh and elegant wine, with a marked presence of red fruit and good acidity that provides balance and liveliness.
Winemaking
The grapes are carefully selected in the vineyard and harvested by hand to ensure the highest quality. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 22-23ºC, using the grape’s own natural yeast in a spontaneous fermentation process. Maceration with the skins extends until nearly the end of fermentation to extract maximum aroma and color. Stabilization is gentle, and the wine is not filtered to preserve all its authenticity.
