Red wine made 100% with BROCADA, the Pallars name for the Trepat variety. The grapes come from two plots of thirty-five-year-old vineyards located near 700 meters above sea level. It is a fresh and expressive wine, with a great presence of red fruit and a unique aging.
Elaboration
The grapes are selected in the vineyard and harvested manually. The must has fermented in stainless steel tanks at 23-24ºC with the grapes' own yeast, and has had a maceration with the skins until almost the end of fermentation to achieve maximum extraction of aromas and color. It has been aged for a year in earthenware amphorae, and has not been clarified or filtered.

Tasting Note
View: Garnet red with ruby reflections. Medium layer.
Nose: Intense red fruit such as cherry and wild strawberry, with subtle balsamic and undergrowth notes.
Mouth: Elegant and silky attack. The aging in amphora has given it complexity and, at the same time, has given it a long mid-palate where fresh red fruit is very present.
