A red wine made with 100% BROCADA, a variety of black grapes native to the Pallars Jussà region, which was recovered by the family some years ago. It comes from two old vine groves at about 700 metres above sea level.
Grapes selected in the vineyard and picked by hand. Controlled fermentation in a stainless steel tank at 22 ºC using yeast from the grapes themselves, maceration takes place with the grape skins almost until the end of fermentation in order to obtain an optimum extraction of aromas and colour. This wine has not been filtered.
Graduation: 13º vol.
Limited production of 2,000 bottles
Appearance: Bright red. Lower-middle robe.
Nose: Intense notes of pepper (especially white pepper) combined with a herbal touch (rosemary). When swirled, it reveals strong hints of cherry and forest strawberries.
Palate: A welcome entry, gentle and delicate in the mouth, yet long-lasting. An intense taste of red fruit and pepper, especially the latter in terms of after-taste. Freshness lent by a good level of acidity, which will allow excellent maturity in bottle.
